A small island, 4km long and less than 3km at its widest part, Nusa Lembongan is sheltered by offshore coral reefs that provide excellent snorkeling and create perfect conditions for seaweed farming witch is major occupation.
The area around the islands is popular for diving. At SD Point there are large coral heads, diverse collection of corals and sponges, and the possibility of spotting green and hawksbill turtles, manta rays, sea snakes, octopus and white – tipped reef sharks.
